Activating Participants

Bluntly: unless the participants are activated to contribute and collaborate, the gathering has limited usefulness.

He has been speaking to large groups on topics he is passionate about for more than 40 years, as well as teaching classes and facilitating workshops.

Topics have included how to hire, building leadership from within, fundraising, exiting your company, employee ownership, benefit corporations, marketing strategies, forming (and re-forming) a brand strategy, and modern manufacturing.

And back in the day, he presented technical papers at conferences on topics as varied as 911 system design, voice over IP, and public safety radio interoperability.

In 2007 and more recently in 2020 David testified in the U.S. Congress, as well as state legislatures, on policy issues.
